Hotel Eden, part of Dorchester Collection, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor Intern in Rome to support daily housekeeping coordination, room and area quality inspections, room-status communication and supply monitoring. The internship normally lasts 6 months, though shorter periods may be considered; extracurricular internships for unemployed jobseekers pay €800 gross per month under applicable regulations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Housekeeping Supervisors with operational coordination, daily activity supervision and team work organisation.
- Conduct quality checks of guest rooms and assigned areas, ensuring they meet company standards for cleanliness, order, setup, equipment, linen and amenities.
- Coordinate with the Front Office to provide timely room-status updates and support effective communication between Housekeeping and other hotel departments.
- Help monitor departmental materials and supplies, ensuring availability and adherence to required quality standards.

- Communicate effectively in Italian, the hotel's primary language.
- Have a good knowledge of English.
