Role & Responsibilities
- Learn to supervise room attendants’ daily work and maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors and pantries.
- Respond to guest requests to help ensure an excellent guest experience, including requests related to special occasions.
- Manage stock and monitor technical issues.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments, particularly Reception, to maintain consistent service standards.
- Share information and learn the hotel’s working methods and those of the Housekeeping department.
