Dorchester Collection seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor Intern for a six-month, full-time internship at Hotel Plaza Athénée in Paris, starting January 2027. The intern will learn room attendant support, linen management, floral room decoration and housekeeping work allocation and inspection; a valid internship agreement is required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Learn the work of room attendants and support them in their daily duties.
- Learn how the linen room is managed; help distribute uniforms and count linen.
- Learn to create floral decorations and prepare them in guest rooms.
- Work with all hotel departments.
- Assist housekeepers with the daily allocation, management and inspection of work.
Qualifications
- Holds a BTS, bachelor’s degree or master’s degree from a hotel school.
- Presents a polished and professional appearance.
- Is creative and rigorous.
- Is proactive in making suggestions.
- Has good knowledge of IT tools.
- Has a good command of French and English.
