Role & Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, including airing the rooms, removing soiled linen and rubbish, preparing beds with fresh sheets and pillowcases, thoroughly cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming floors and corners, washing bathroom floors, and dusting mouldings, furniture, lamps, chairs, and drawers.
• Replace guest amenities and stationery, check under beds, arrange blackout curtains, close the windows when leaving, and ensure no linen, products, or cloths are left behind.
• Inspect each room and bathroom to confirm cleaning has been completed properly.
• Check corridor cleanliness and keep service pantries clean and orderly.
• Restock the trolley before finishing the shift.
• Conduct weekly inventory with the Housekeeping Manager.
• Regularly update the Housekeeping Manager on room progress and guest requests.
• Respond to guest requests relayed by the Housekeeping Manager.
• Carry out other reasonable requests from Housekeeping Managers within the scope of the role.

• Able to read and write.
• Demonstrates discipline, a professional appearance, discretion, and team spirit.
• Motivated to provide excellent guest service.
• Shows tact in dealings with colleagues and other teams.

No formal training required; able to read and write.
