The Room Attendant at 45 Park Lane provides discreet, attentive guest service, maintains high standards of hygiene and detail, and fulfils special room set-ups, supply and occasion requests. The permanent role is shift-based, with stated operational hours of 08:30–23:00 Monday to Friday and 09:30–23:00 Saturday and Sunday; hours may change.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide seamless, discreet, intuitive and flexible service to guests, with attention to detail, thoroughness and hygiene.
- Fulfil guest requests, including special room set-ups, additional supplies and arrangements for special occasions.
- Perform light and deep cleaning in hotel rooms and public areas, as well as turndown service.
