The House Porter at Coworth Park, Dorchester Collection, carries out cleaning, maintenance and housekeeping tasks, supports guest requests, assists with room moves and furniture arrangements, and keeps areas tidy. This is a permanent, full-time role offering £25,000 per annum plus estate service charge.
Role & Responsibilities
- Carry out cleaning, maintenance and housekeeping tasks to ensure guests receive an excellent experience.
- Understand hotel services, note guests’ requests and requirements, and help fulfil them.
- Assist with room moves and furniture arrangements while keeping all areas tidy.
- Bring the hotel’s values of passion, personality, respect, working together and creativity to the role.
