Role & Responsibilities

- Strong track record of mentoring and developing diverse bar teams and fostering high performance and mutual respect.
- Deep understanding of beverage cost controls, inventory management systems, vendor negotiation and revenue optimisation.
- Polished presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with high-level guests.
- Comfortable communicating in English; Arabic, Italian, French or Spanish is highly desirable.
