The Guest Experience Intern at Plaza Athénée, part of Dorchester Collection, supports personalized guest stays, VIP arrangements and guest feedback management, while assisting the Director of Guest Relations, researchers and the Guest Experience team. This full-time internship starts in January 2027 and lasts up to six months; an internship agreement is required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Record guest feedback in the internal Nexus CRM.
- Assist the Director of Guest Relations and researchers with their respective tasks.
- Support the Guest Experience team in preparing guest stays to deliver a Haute Couture experience.
- Help implement VIP treatments.
- Check VIP services.
- Handle administrative tasks in the office.
Qualifications
- Hospitality education.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Creative, rigorous and discreet.
- Proactive and able to make suggestions.
- Good knowledge of tools.
- Good computer skills; Opera/Fidelio is an advantage.
- Excellent level of English.
