Dorchester Collection is seeking a UAE national Guest Experience Agent for ONE & AVA at Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. The entry-level role supports residents throughout their stay, coordinates front-of-house operations, and maintains personalized resident profiles and welcoming lobby and amenity spaces.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for residents, welcoming them warmly and delivering ultra-luxury service standards.
- Support daily front-of-house operations alongside Lobby Hosts, Concierge, and Doormen to ensure a seamless guest journey.
- Coordinate arrivals, departures, check-ins and check-outs, and escort residents professionally.
- Maintain comprehensive resident preference profiles to provide personal touches at every touchpoint.
- Respond promptly and empathetically to requests and feedback, escalating complex matters when needed.
- Maintain a pristine, welcoming ambience in lobby and amenity spaces.
