The role is permanent and full-time, based Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., at the corporate office in Knightsbridge, with Fridays working from home.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute and optimise global digital marketing activity across CRM, paid search, paid social and other digital channels, delivering a strong guest experience.
- Manage the global CRM communications calendar with hotel marketing teams, aligning campaigns with business priorities and commercial objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the global team and hotel stakeholders for campaign planning, content development and deployment schedules.
- Manage and execute CRM campaigns through designated platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics and SevenRooms, covering audience segmentation, campaign setup, testing, deployment and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with hotels on campaign content, targeting and creative development to deliver engaging, relevant guest communications.
- Monitor, analyse and report on CRM campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement, conversion and commercial results.
- Coordinate paid search and paid social campaign execution and optimisation with agency partners, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Report on paid media performance, presenting key metrics, trends and recommendations to stakeholders and supporting ongoing optimisation.
- Support the Global Digital Marketing Manager in developing and implementing CRM innovation initiatives, including personalisation, automation and customer journey enhancements.
- Contribute to digital communications and customer experience projects, identifying opportunities to improve digital engagement across channels.
- Support the Global Head of Digital on strategic digital projects and initiatives, working with internal and external stakeholders to evolve the digital marketing function.
- Embody and promote the company’s values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity.

- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, programmatic platforms such as DV360 or similar, and at least one enterprise CRM platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign or equivalent.
- Experience with a project management tool such as ClickUp, Monday.com or equivalent.

- Self-starter with initiative, excellent organisational and time-management skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritise workload with strong attention to detail.
