The Front Office Agent at The Lana, Dorchester Collection in Dubai acts as a hotel ambassador, supports guest requests and special occasions, and coordinates with other departments to deliver a guest-centric experience. Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to activities that promote Dorchester Collection’s culture and values and bring the “We Care” philosophy to life for employees and guests.
- Build genuine connections and meaningful relationships by drawing on collective intelligence from all sources.
- Act as a hotel ambassador throughout the day, show guests around, and complete daily duties efficiently and punctually with an empathetic, guest-centric approach.
- Fulfil guests’ special requests and special-occasion arrangements with support from the creative team.
- Communicate with other departments and the wider hotel team to maintain alignment.
