The Fountain Coffee Shop Busperson supports service at The Beverly Hills Hotel by maintaining and replenishing service stations, fulfilling guest requests, reporting and addressing service-area imperfections, and coordinating with hotel teams. This is a part-time, permanent role with a flexible schedule across days, nights, weekends and holidays; compensation is $26.27 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain tabletop supplies and keep service stations clean and stocked with supplies, condiments, clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes and ice.
- Clean and polish service items to support a high-quality guest experience.
- Fulfil guest requests, including preparing coffee and iced tea, refilling water and assisting with special occasions.
- Identify and report imperfections or blemishes and work with other team members to address them.
- Communicate with other departments and the wider hotel team to maintain alignment.
- Meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing for more than eight hours, regularly lifting or moving up to 50 pounds, and performing duties involving walking, reaching, handling objects, and stooping, kneeling or crouching.
- Work a flexible schedule across various shifts, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
