Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver guest orders from the kitchen to the correct tables.
- Verify that orders are accurate and presented perfectly before delivery; communicate with servers and the culinary team to ensure each order matches the server’s ticket.

- Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, complete sidework and follow station assignments.
- Maintain tabletops and service pace while delivering food, ensuring food quality and presentation; place each item in front of the correct guest according to the server’s order, assist with tableside presentations and respond to guest requests.
- Meet the role’s physical requirements, including talking and hearing regularly; walking and standing for up to 8 hours; bending, stooping and crouching; using hand, finger and wrist dexterity; and regularly lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
- Meet the role’s vision requirements, including close and distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
