Role & Responsibilities
- Verify that every dish leaving the kitchen is correct, complete, and presented to the highest standard before it reaches the guest, checking each order against its ticket in coordination with the culinary team and servers.
- Attend to guests’ dietary restrictions, table preferences, and special occasion needs with care and discretion.
- Identify and report imperfections or blemishes in the hotel environment and work with other teams to correct them.
- Communicate closely with the culinary team, service staff, and wider hotel team to ensure each dish reaches the right table at the right time.
- Represent The Beverly Hills Hotel with pride and uphold the principles, goals, and policies of The Beverly Hills Hotel Pledge.
Qualifications
