Dorchester Collection is seeking a Restaurant Service Intern for Le Dali at Le Meurice in Paris, starting 4 January 2027 for six months, with a mandatory internship agreement. The intern will support daily objectives, coordinate between the kitchen and dining room, maintain the pantry and supplies, manage linen, and communicate across hotel teams. Compensation is 15% of the hourly Social Security ceiling; benefits include 95% reimbursement of Paris transport costs and access to the staff restaurant at a preferential rate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to achieving the objectives set for each working day.
- Coordinate between the kitchen and dining room; set up and clean the pantry; store cellar and storeroom orders; and manage linen.
- Communicate with other departments and hotel teams to maintain a consistent level of service.
- Contribute to the restaurant’s story through the values of personality, passion, respect, collaboration and creativity.
