Dorchester Collection is seeking an Environmental, Social and Governance Intern for a six-month, full-time internship at Hotel Plaza Athénée in Paris; an internship agreement is required. The intern will support ESG reporting, performance tracking, data analysis, internal audits and the hotel’s zero-carbon action plan, while working with on-site teams to advance ESG initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to non-financial reporting.
- Monitor the hotel’s ESG performance indicators.
- Collect, enter and analyse ESG data.
- Contribute to internal audits.
- Help develop and monitor the zero-carbon action plan.
- Apply Dorchester Collection’s ESG strategy.
- Engage regularly with on-site teams to support the implementation of initiatives and encourage participation in ESG programmes.
Qualifications
- A master’s-level qualification (Bac +5) in CSR, ESG or environmental sciences.
- Fluent English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with other teams.
- Solid computer skills, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- At least some initial experience in CSR or ESG.
- Excellent presentation, curiosity, autonomy and a desire to learn.
- Fluent French.
