The Drawing Room Manager oversees daily Afternoon Tea and lounge service at Coworth Park, ensuring a five-star guest experience across the lounge and all-day dining. Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Afternoon Tea and lounge service, including the seamless operation of all-day dining.
- Work closely with the Food and Beverage Director to achieve efficient staffing levels and manage performance.
- Deliver a five-star luxury guest experience.
- Develop and deliver departmental training and development programmes to meet team members’ expectations and raise service standards.
- Conduct sales and marketing activities to drive business growth and profit.
- Ensure the menu and environment reflect a luxury establishment, meet and exceed guest expectations, and maximise business growth.
Qualifications
- Comfort communicating in English, the primary language used in the hotel.
