Role & Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of cutting techniques and measurements, and use and maintain knives throughout the workday.
- Use cooking skills and communicate with the team to deliver excellent quality and service to guests.
- Help cooks and chefs keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and restocked when requested.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, restaurant equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition according to hotel procedures.
- Report imperfections and blemishes and work with other roles to correct them.
- Communicate with other departments and the wider hotel team to maintain alignment.
