Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional, personalized service to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Know in-suite services, technology and amenities, hotel services, and city-wide activities.
- Prepare allocated guest rooms on time and fulfil special requests, coordinating with other departments, particularly Front Office and Food & Beverage.
- Welcome guests professionally and warmly, exceed expectations from arrival through departure, and serve as their point of contact during their stay, assisting with arrangements and requests.
- Pack and unpack guests’ belongings, serve in-room Food & Beverage requirements, and liaise with other departments to ensure seamless suite and room access and service.
- Assist guests and handle concerns professionally, ensuring positive outcomes.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper handling of assigned work areas, equipment, and materials.
- Bring the hotel’s values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity to the role and contribute to its legacy.
- Demonstrate passion and commitment.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and adaptability in a constantly changing environment.
- Detail-oriented, hands-on team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work across departments and support a cohesive working environment.
- Passionate, dynamic and guest-focused, with the ability to deliver exceptional guest service and provide creative solutions.
- Knowledge of PMS, payroll and purchasing systems, and computer literacy.
- Strong communication skills and a guest-service ethic.
- Comfortable communicating in English; additional languages such as Arabic are preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position with a luxury five-star brand; pre-opening and Middle East experience are advantageous.
- Certified professional butler.
