Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to activities that promote Dorchester Collection’s culture and values and bring its “We Care” philosophy to life, supporting an excellent experience for employees and guests.
- Welcome arriving guests and help them feel at home.
- Assist guests throughout their stay by handling luggage, providing transport around the city, and sharing expert knowledge of hotel facilities and the local area.
- Support luggage porters, doormen and drivers to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Work day and night shifts as operational needs require to provide seamless service.
