The Bar Manager leads Vesper Bar at The Dorchester in London, overseeing operations, guest experience, team development, commercial performance and creative beverage concepts. This is a permanent, full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at Vesper Bar, maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
- Oversee all aspects of the bar’s operation and ensure it continues to set industry benchmarks for service, innovation and commercial success.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering creativity and bespoke guest service.
- Cultivate relationships within the global bar community.
- Drive the bar’s evolution through innovative menu concepts and world-class beverage experiences.
- Strengthen Vesper Bar’s reputation as a destination for hotel guests, local clientele and international visitors.

- Previous experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role at a luxury five-star hotel.
