Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver digital transformation projects in line with strategic objectives, ensuring scope, budget, timelines and optimal resource allocation.
- Support teams in deploying projects and embedding change to drive adoption and sustain new practices.
- Engage and unite employees in defining and improving solutions.
- Contribute proposals to shape and structure the digital transformation and deliver optimisation initiatives.
- Facilitate teams’ understanding of complex topics and support them in developing a change culture.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in watchmaking, automotive or pharmaceutical industries.
