- Contribute to defect resolution and garment modification to unlock production clearance
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of prior experience in pattern making or related technical roles
- Comprehensive knowledge of principal fabrics and their behavior
- Strong proficiency in industrial sewing techniques and industrial machinery
- Advanced expertise in CAD software, preferably PGS Investronica
- Demonstrated punctuality, precision, and operational autonomy
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Collaborative mindset and strong teamwork orientation
