Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the rollout of visual merchandising guidelines and seasonal collections across all North American boutiques and outlets
- Support retail store teams in executing window displays, interior layouts, and seasonal merchandising updates
- Monitor compliance with global visual merchandising standards through regular audits, store visits, and photographic reviews
- Liaise with headquarters Visual Merchandising team to adapt global directives and best practices for regional market needs
- Manage logistics for visual merchandising materials, including procurement, shipping, tracking, and inventory control
- Prepare comprehensive reports on store compliance rates, visual quality assessments, and improvement opportunities
- Assist with special projects, flagship store openings, and high-profile events to ensure visual excellence and brand alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Design, or related field
- 2–3 years of professional experience in visual merchandising, preferably within luxury retail environments
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple store locations simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to travel frequently across North American markets and adapt to flexible working schedules

2–3 years of professional experience in visual merchandising, preferably in luxury retail. Demonstrated success in executing brand guidelines across multiple retail locations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve visual excellence.
