The Store Manager leads Dolce&Gabbana’s São Paulo store at Cidade Jardim, overseeing commercial performance, profitability, client experience, CRM, team development, operating budgets and inventory in partnership with regional and corporate teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the store’s profitability and commercial performance.
- Define the store’s vision and positioning, leading a successful and profitable operation in partnership with regional and corporate teams.
- Develop and implement action plans to maximize sales across all product categories and customer segments.
- Ensure the highest standard of customer service by motivating and developing sales and support teams.
- Lead CRM processes, ensuring the execution of company CRM initiatives and developing opportunities with loyal and prospective clients.
- Communicate company-defined KPIs and identify strategies to achieve performance standards.
- Monitor store expenses and manage the operating budget, seeking cost reductions without compromising operational quality.
- Work with the Store Director and management team to drive the unit’s performance.
- Manage and support inventory levels, maintaining direct communication with key company departments.
