Dolce & Gabbana seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead operations at the Las Vegas Forum boutique. Responsible for achieving sales targets, controlling expenses, and maintaining exemplary client service standards, the Store Manager will oversee all aspects of store performance including merchandising, inventory management, staff development, and brand presentation. This role demands confident decision-making, strong organizational capabilities, and a proven ability to drive results in a high-volume luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed store sales goals through strategic planning and execution
- Control and manage store expenses to optimize profitability
- Ensure exemplary client service through staff coaching, monitoring and assessment
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and maintain brand direction
- Maintain store presentation standards including maintenance, housekeeping and visual organization
- Manage inventory control procedures and assortment planning
- Recruit, train and develop team members with clear performance metrics
- Conduct weekly store meetings to communicate sales expectations, product knowledge and operational priorities
- Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and proper management presence
- Recommend sales and marketing strategies aligned with corporate directives
