Role & Responsibilities
- Manage reserve organization and merchandise coordination in line with Dolce & Gabbana directives and procedures
- Serve as primary point of contact for incoming and outgoing merchandise supervision, back-office maintenance, and stock supply area organization
- Coordinate and supervise the stockroom team and all inventory operations
- Monitor and oversee merchandise transfers and associated operational activities within established timelines
- Manage the flow of goods between reserve and retail floor, including article arrangement and display preparation
- Maintain loss prevention standards and adhere to store loss-prevention policies
- Report discrepancies, missing documentation, and anomalies to headquarters
- Ensure accuracy of semi-annual inventory counts and establish quantitative inventory control objectives
- Participate in daily store meetings to communicate on inventory status and new stock procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in stock management within retail environment
- Experience in luxury retail preferred
