Role & Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by ensuring rapid merchandise replenishment on shelves and reducing customer wait times
- Supervise the flow of goods between the stockroom and sales floor, preparing article displays
- Monitor daily article disposition for sale, aligned with available stock levels
- Ensure timely reception, verification of quantities, labeling, and delivery of products, items, and supplies
- Regularly inform the Store Manager of available space for new deliveries
- Organize and manage the return of merchandise at the end of season
- Verify damaged goods and report discrepancies
- Plan and execute inventory counts and participate in loss prevention and shrinkage control audits
- Maintain the stockroom in organized and clean condition
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar stock or warehouse role
- Prior experience in luxury, haute couture, or high-end fashion retail
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a retail team environment
