Role & Responsibilities
- Provide support to sales staff by ensuring efficient and expedited replenishment of merchandise on the shop floor to minimize customer waiting times
- Supervise the flow and replenishment of goods between storage areas and the retail floor
- Receive, verify, and process all product deliveries
- Ensure accurate system uploads and downloads of inventory transactions
- Organize and maintain the stockroom in accordance with Dolce & Gabbana guidelines and standards
- Keep the stockroom clean, orderly, and compliant with company procedures
- Coordinate and manage the return of merchandise at the end of each season
- Control and supervise inter-store merchandise transfers
- Participate actively in periodic store inventories and cycle counts
- Manage stock organization and distribution in accordance with company directives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Experience
Prior experience in a stockroom, warehouse, or retail inventory management environment is preferred.
Education
Secondary education (Hauptschulabschluss or equivalent) or higher.
