Dolce & Gabbana seeks a Stock Keeper for its Saint Barthélemy boutique to oversee all inbound and outbound merchandise, stockroom organization, and inventory control. The role encompasses receiving operations, inventory accuracy, loss prevention initiatives, and daily stock management while representing the brand's commitment to excellence in luxury retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom that supports store productivity and complies with corporate procedures
- Execute receiving processes including verifying quantities, tagging, documentation, and timely processing of incoming merchandise and supplies
- Ensure accurate and systematic replenishment of the sales floor to minimize client wait times and support product availability
- Analyse the flow of goods between stockroom and sales floor, including article placement, rotation, and preparation of new items for display
- Manage all stock movements including returns, damages, consignments, and client deliveries
- Monitor stock levels daily and communicate rotation needs or discrepancies to management
- Lead and participate in inventory counts, ensuring accuracy during biannual inventories and ongoing cycle counts
- Track unknown markdowns and support loss prevention initiatives to uphold shrink control policies
- Respond to corporate inquiries regarding discrepancies, missing documentation, or inventory issues
- Represent the brand as an ambassador, upholding company values and maintaining high service standards
- Support store maintenance by identifying structural or lighting issues and coordinating with corporate
- Order and manage office supplies, beverages, and operational tools while coordinating with vendors
- Assist with store materials, packaging, uniforms, and event-related needs including fittings and special setups
- Provide support with cash procedures when needed

- Expertise in luxury operations and inventory control

- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and proper documentation practices
