Dolce & Gabbana seeks an experienced Stock Keeper for its Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive boutique to manage all inbound and outbound merchandise, maintaining accurate inventory and organizing back-of-house stock areas. The role encompasses shipping and receiving procedures, vendor merchandise handling, inter-store transfers, and returns-to-vendor processing, whilst supporting the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences. The Stock Keeper ensures comprehensive documentation, loss prevention adherence, and proper ticketing and sensor tagging standards across all inventory operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage stock to maximize productivity and support sales goals
- Execute all shipping and receiving procedures, including proper documentation
- Handle merchandise received directly from vendors
- Process inter-store transfers, returns to vendor (RTVs), and damage claims
- Support client-related transactions such as consignments and charge sends to other locations
- Maintain comprehensive logs for all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Input and process all authorized merchandise into inventory through the store's computer system
- Uphold loss prevention standards through awareness and adherence to store policies
- Assist in controlling shortage through accurate inventory management
- Ensure proper ticketing and sensor tagging standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail operations experience
- Experience managing a luxury retail stockroom
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
