Role & Responsibilities
- Provide impeccable client service and embody Dolce & Gabbana brand standards, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations
- Tailor individual client experiences and orchestrate seamless sales interactions
- Drive individual and store KPIs including consignment, appointments, repurchase rate, units per transaction, conversion rate, and data enrichment
- Mentor and coach team members, sharing best practices and product knowledge
- Build and maintain a strong personal client portfolio through proactive outreach and CRM system management
- Execute qualitative CRM monitoring and updates to build relationships, facilitate appointment selling, and acquire new clients
- Curate personalized, versatile, and timeless product recommendations for clientele
- Perform Manager on Duty duties including floor operations oversight and team coordination as needed
- Execute opening and closing procedures and manage store keys
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory processes
- Foster a collaborative and professional store environment
- Provide insights into fashion trends and luxury market developments
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for fashion and demonstrated ability to create memorable client experiences
- Experience in women's and men's ready-to-wear sales (preferred)
- Proven track record in luxury retail or high-touch client advisory roles
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales and client engagement targets
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive luxury retail or client advisory experience, with demonstrated success in sales leadership, client portfolio management, and team mentorship. Prior experience with made-to-order, bespoke, or personalized retail models is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education in fashion, business, or hospitality is valued but not required.
