Role & Responsibilities
- Develop patterns for women's formal wear collections, including sample garments and special projects with emphasis on tailored trousers
- Create and grade patterns both manually and using CAD software, ensuring technical accuracy and production viability
- Complete and maintain detailed technical specification sheets containing all garment construction information, measurements, and sewing instructions
- Collaborate continuously with Product Development and atelier teams, providing technical guidance and support for garment construction and refinement
- Liaise with the CAD department regarding pattern placement studies and graphic specifications
- Participate in collection fitting sessions with Design Direction, making direct modifications and improvements to sample garments
- Contribute to defect correction and garment modification to clear production authorization
Qualifications
- Proven prior experience in the pattern maker role or comparable position within formal women's wear segment
- Deep familiarity with principal fabrics used in formal wear construction
- Comprehensive knowledge of garment construction techniques and assembly methods
- Advanced proficiency with CAD software, preferably PGS Investronica
- Demonstrated punctuality, precision, and operational autonomy
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Collaborative mindset and aptitude for teamwork

Prior professional experience in the pattern maker role or analogous positions within the formal women's wear segment, demonstrating technical expertise and operational independence.
Education
Formal education in fashion design, pattern making, or textile technology preferred; technical proficiency with CAD systems required.
