Role & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic action plans to accelerate sales growth and deepen client relationships aligned with boutique objectives
- Mentor and coach team members through sharing best practices, product knowledge, and professional development guidance
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and operational excellence
- Maintain inventory accuracy by partnering with operations on cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and stock reconciliation
- Leverage CRM systems to strengthen client relationships, facilitate appointment-based selling, and drive client acquisition
- Demonstrate leadership ownership of visual merchandising standards, boutique presentation, and operational excellence
- Manage and resolve escalated client concerns in collaboration with store leadership, client services, and operations teams

Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Women's and men's ready-to-wear (RTW) product knowledge and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience
A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within fashion or accessible luxury brands. Demonstrated success leading retail teams, driving sales performance, and managing client relationships in a high-touch boutique environment is essential. Prior experience with both women's and men's ready-to-wear categories is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion, or related field preferred.
