Dolce & Gabbana seeks an experienced Sales Manager for its Roermond Outlet location. The role requires delivering exceptional client service aligned with brand expectations, mentoring Client Advisors, and driving sales performance through strategic clienteling and CRM management. The successful candidate will oversee store operations, maintain client relationships, and ensure achievement of sales targets while embodying the brand's heritage and values.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver impeccable client service and act as a brand ambassador ensuring adherence to Dolce & Gabbana service standards
- Mentor and support Client Advisors to ensure smooth store operations and sales excellence
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and brand heritage while achieving monthly sales targets
- Utilize clienteling tools and CRM systems to source new clients and enhance customer relationships
- Maintain qualitative CRM monitoring and updates to build and retain customer relationships
- Oversee sales policies, objectives, and initiatives to achieve store and individual performance goals
- Build and maintain productive long-term relationships with loyal Dolce & Gabbana clients
- Assist in merchandising and shop floor maintenance to ensure optimal visual presentation
Qualifications
- Relevant luxury retail experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ready-to-wear (RTW) experience preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
