Dolce & Gabbana seeks a Sales Assistant to join the Roermond Outlet team on a part-time or full-time basis. Reporting to the Store Manager, the successful candidate will promote and sell the luxury Dolce & Gabbana collection to international customers, deliver exceptional service, maintain store standards, and cultivate long-term client relationships through comprehensive product knowledge and professional selling techniques.
Role & Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Dolce & Gabbana products by identifying international customers' needs and preferences
- Advise customers on the entire luxury collection with comprehensive product knowledge
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with clientele
- Maintain store visual standards and presentation according to company guidelines
- Embody and communicate the brand's values and projects with passion and authenticity
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Dutch language
- Relevant experience in luxury retail or similar high-end retail environment
- Strong customer focus with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Professional selling techniques and ability to identify client needs
- Team player mentality with positive attitude

Experience
Relevant experience in luxury retail or similar industry preferred; demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-touch, customer-focused retail environment.
Education
Secondary education minimum; retail or customer service training considered advantageous.
