Dolce & Gabbana Payroll Specialist in Milan – full-time permanent role managing Italian payroll and HR compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage employee master data and all documentation related to employment relationships, including hiring, transformations, terminations, and supplementary documentation for Italian scope
- Collect and process variable personnel data related to attendance tracking, absences, overtime, and holiday plans; prepare and reconcile payslips on a periodic basis
- Perform formal communications required by current regulations to public and local entities (INPS, INAIL, etc.), collaborating with service providers and professional firms
- Collaborate with the HR department on new hires, variations, deadlines, and employee terminations
- Oversee administrative activities related to payslips and labor law compliance, including deductions, salaries, contracts, TFR, pension funds, procedures and policies
- Manage fiscal and accounting administrative compliance related to employment relationships, including preparation of the Single Labor Book, F24 forms, Uniemens, accounting notes, self-settlement, CUD, 770, travel expenses, reimbursements, health insurance, and fund activation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a Master's in HR Management or Labor Law
- Minimum 4 years of previous experience in payroll management
- Experience in a payroll consulting firm (preferred)
- Proficiency in English required; knowledge of a third language is a plus
- Knowledge of Zucchetti and SAP SuccessFactors software (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated confidentiality, accuracy, and speed in executing daily activities
- Strong critical analysis and problem-solving capabilities
- Comfort working with quantitative data

Experience
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in payroll management, preferably including time spent with a payroll consulting firm.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, HR Management, or Labor Law.
