Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and refine pattern bases, forms, and volumes according to design direction and technical requirements
- Create pattern pieces using both manual techniques and CAD software (PGS Investronica preferred)
- Complete detailed technical specification sheets with all information necessary for sample and prototype production
- Liaise with the Product Office and tailoring departments to provide technical guidance for garment construction
- Participate in collection fitting sessions with the Design Direction and make direct modifications to pieces for improvement
- Develop runway collection pieces according to specifications
- Contribute to garment refinement and production release clearance
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of prior experience in pattern making or related roles
- Proficiency with primary textile types and their properties
- Thorough knowledge of garment construction techniques and industrial machinery
- Advanced proficiency with CAD software, preferably PGS Investronica
- Demonstrated precision, punctuality, and operational autonomy
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with orientation toward teamwork and constructive dialogue
