Dolce & Gabbana seeks an experienced Stock Keeper for its Saint Barthélemy boutique to oversee all inbound and outbound merchandise operations, inventory management, and stockroom organization. This role requires expertise in luxury retail operations, inventory control, and loss prevention, with responsibility for maintaining accurate stock levels, conducting inventory counts, and ensuring seamless flow of merchandise to the sales floor while upholding brand standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain an organized, efficient stockroom compliant with corporate procedures and supporting overall store productivity
- Execute receiving processes including verification of quantities, tagging, documentation, and timely processing of incoming merchandise and supplies
- Ensure accurate and systematic replenishment of the sales floor to minimize client wait times and support product availability
- Analyse the flow of goods between stockroom and sales floor, including article placement, rotation, and preparation of new items for display
- Manage all stock movements including returns, damages, consignments, and client deliveries
- Maintain full knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and ensure proper paperwork distribution
- Monitor stock levels daily and communicate rotation needs or discrepancies to management, proposing corrective actions when needed
- Lead and participate in inventory counts, ensuring accuracy during bi-annual inventories and ongoing cycle counts
- Track unknown markdowns and support loss prevention initiatives to uphold all store policies related to shrink control
- Respond to corporate inquiries regarding discrepancies, missing documentation, or inventory issues
- Represent the brand as an ambassador, upholding company values and ensuring a high level of service
- Support store maintenance by identifying structural or lighting issues and coordinating with corporate for resolution
- Assist with store materials, supplies, packaging, uniforms, and event-related needs
- Order and manage office supplies, beverages, and operational tools, coordinating with vendors and tracking deliveries and invoices
- Provide support with cash procedures when needed

Experience
