Dolce&Gabbana is seeking an Industrial Planning and Control Manager for its Group Financial Office, reporting to the Group Planning & Control Director and overseeing industrial controlling, financial planning, product costing, inventory valuation and performance monitoring. The role is full-time, fully on-site in Legnano, on a permanent contract under the Tessile, Abbigliamento, Moda National Collective Labour Agreement, with gross annual remuneration starting at €60,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate industrial controlling activities, monitoring production costs, inventory valuation and product profitability.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and periodic financial closing processes for the Industrial perimeter.
- Monitor variances between actual results and budget or forecast figures, identify key drivers and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee logistics cost controlling, including warehousing, transportation and distribution costs.
- Support management reporting, consolidated closing activities and ad hoc analyses for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Industrial, Logistics and Finance teams to drive business performance and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous-improvement projects and support audit-related activities when required.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Significant experience in Industrial Controlling, preferably in fashion, luxury or manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, product costing, inventory accounting and management control processes.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
- Previous people-management experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP and Tagetik is a plus.
- Fluent written and spoken English.

Significant experience in Industrial Controlling, preferably in fashion, luxury or manufacturing environments; proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis; previous people-management experience.
Education
Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 60,000 per annum.
