Role & Responsibilities
- Perform market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and customer expectations
- Analyze product performance, sell-through and collection results to identify strengths, weaknesses and product development opportunities
- Support the preparation of seasonal collection plans and merchandising grids
- Participate in defining collection structure, category architecture and product requests
- Collaborate closely with Design and Product teams throughout the collection development process
- Analyze pricing positioning and competitor assortments across different markets
- Support the monitoring of collection performance throughout the season through quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Develop reporting tools and collection analyses to support merchandising and design decisions
- Collaborate with HQ Merchandising, Design, Product Team and Visual Merchandising to ensure consistency of product strategy
- Conduct store visits and market research activities to gather product insights and identify emerging trends
- Support the creation of collection-related presentations and seasonal product information
Qualifications
- 6+ years' experience in a similar role within the luxury industry
- University degree in Economics or related fields
- Fluent English
- Ability to understand current market trends
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong luxury sensibility
