Role & Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, chat, and customer care systems
- Provide comprehensive assistance on orders, shipments, returns, exchanges, refunds, and payment methods
- Support customers throughout the entire online purchasing process whilst adhering to elevated service standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Logistics, E-Commerce, Retail, Finance, and IT teams to resolve customer issues promptly
- Monitor and manage complex cases, ensuring compliance with response timelines and customer satisfaction targets
- Update and maintain accurate data within company CRM and customer service systems
- Analyze primary contact drivers and contribute to the identification of continuous process and customer experience improvements
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and defined quality standards
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree qualification, preferably in economics, languages, or related disciplines
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in customer service, customer care, or customer experience roles
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or luxury sectors is advantageous
- Fluent English language proficiency; proficiency in additional languages (Spanish, German, French) is desirable
- Competence with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer-centric capabilities
- Collaborative approach to teamwork and cross-functional partnerships
- Availability to work flexible shifts within 08:00–20:00 hours, Monday to Saturday, per company scheduling
