Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Director in coordinating and supervising all Back of House activities, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with company standards
- Manage inventory control, stock movements, and maintain highest levels of stock accuracy across the boutique
- Oversee goods receiving, transfers, returns and shipping activities to ensure timely and efficient execution
- Monitor stock organization and storage processes to guarantee optimal product availability and operational efficiency
- Lead and develop the Back of House team, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting continuous professional development
- Implement company procedures related to stock management, loss prevention and operational compliance
- Collaborate with sales teams to support business objectives and ensure seamless product availability for clients
- Monitor and analyze stock performance indicators and key performance metrics, identifying improvement opportunities
- Coordinate inventory counts and stock audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company requirements
- Support the Store Director in managing operational projects and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies and operational guidelines
- Serve as primary liaison for operational matters between Front of House and Back of House teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of retail experience with previous supervisory or managerial responsibilities in Back of House, Operations, or Stock Management, preferably in luxury or premium sectors
- Strong expertise in stock management processes, inventory control and retail operations
- Proven leadership capabilities with ability to motivate, develop and support team members
- Advanced organizational and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience coordinating logistics activities, stock movements and inventory procedures
- Strong analytical and numerical aptitude with ability to monitor key performance indicators
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration capabilities
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages advantageous
- Proficiency in retail systems, inventory management tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining high operational standards
- Punctuality, operational accuracy and autonomy
