Dolce & Gabbana seeks a Corporate Controller Europe to join the Group Financial Office's Planning & Control Division, supporting controlling activities for the Retail Europe business perimeter. The successful candidate will report to the Casa & E-commerce Planning & Control Manager and will be responsible for monthly management closings, budget development, variance analysis, cost monitoring, stakeholder collaboration, and preparation of financial reports and KPI analyses.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly management closings
- Develop periodic budgets and forecasts aligned with business objectives and company guidelines
- Analyze variances between actual results and budget/forecast figures, identifying key drivers and implications
- Monitor operating costs through collaboration with Accounting and relevant business functions
- Interact with key stakeholders across assigned business areas to support decision-making
- Conduct detailed cost analyses to identify optimization and efficiency improvement opportunities
- Prepare management reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Support business performance monitoring through analysis of financial and operational KPIs
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related fields
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and management control processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of SAP and Tagetik
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Experience
Up to 1 year of experience in Controlling or Management Control roles, preferably within the Fashion & Luxury industry.
Education
Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related fields.
