Dolce&Gabbana is building a talent pool for future Client Advisor opportunities in its Salvador stores. The role focuses on exceptional client experiences, sales performance, client relationships and adherence to the house’s service standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and ensure each client is treated in line with Dolce&Gabbana’s expectations.
- Deliver an excellent client experience by demonstrating product knowledge and brand DNA and following the Dolce&Gabbana client ceremony.
- Adapt the client experience to exceed expectations; support and guide the team and ensure the sales ceremony runs smoothly.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with existing clients and identify potential future clients.
- Actively use company tools to meet individual and store objectives.
- Meet sales targets and KPIs to maximize company results.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness standards in the stockroom, sales area and other spaces in line with Dolce&Gabbana procedures, enhancing the client experience.
- Align conduct with the company’s sales policies, objectives and initiatives.
- Contribute proactively to the team, respect colleagues, accept instructions and provide feedback to support store achievements and a positive work environment.
- Understand and follow all company policies and procedures related to sales and service.
- Carry out other duties as instructed.
- Stay up to date on fashion trends and current topics of interest.
