Dolce & Gabbana is recruiting a Sales Assistant to join the Roermond Outlet store in a part-time or full-time capacity. Reporting to the Store Manager, the candidate will identify customer needs, advise on the luxury collection, deliver exceptional service, and maintain brand standards through demonstrated product expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Dolce & Gabbana products by identifying and addressing international customers' needs
- Provide expert guidance on the entire luxury Dolce & Gabbana collection and product offerings
- Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate enduring client relationships
- Maintain store presentation and visual standards in accordance with brand guidelines
- Embody and communicate the brand's core values and projects through comprehensive product knowledge
Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Relevant experience in luxury retail or similar industry
- Strong customer-focused mindset
