Dolce & Gabbana is seeking a Client Advisor for its Orlando Vineland Outlet to deliver exceptional client experiences, achieve sales goals, develop client relationships, and support shop-floor operations and merchandising. This is a permanent role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver impeccable service and act as an ambassador for Dolce & Gabbana, ensuring each client receives service consistent with the brand’s expectations.
- Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and support the team by providing guidance, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring the smooth running of the sales ceremony on the shop floor.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and knowledge of Dolce & Gabbana’s history and heritage; prioritize clients’ interests and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
- Use clientele tools proactively and make effective use of time to achieve individual and store goals and develop the business.
- Monitor and update CRM records qualitatively to build and retain relationships with current clients and identify potential clients.
- Achieve sales goals and develop the business.
- Source new clients using CRM tools.
- Maintain and build productive, long-term relationships with loyal Dolce & Gabbana clients.
- Oversee the organization’s sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
- Assist with merchandising and shop-floor maintenance.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in women’s and men’s ready-to-wear (RTW).
