Dolce&Gabbana is seeking a full-time Client Advisor for its Via Montenapoleone boutique in Milan, with a focus on Ready-to-Wear, client relationships, sales targets, and exceptional service. The role is covered by the CCNL Commercio and offers a gross annual salary of €30,000–€36,000 based on experience and seniority, plus sales commissions.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a personalized, exceptional customer experience while embodying the brand’s values and service standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local and international clients, anticipate their needs, and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Provide expert knowledge of the Ready-to-Wear collection, including tailored styling advice and product guidance.
  • Contribute to individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client engagement.
  • Support visual merchandising activities and maintain the boutique’s presentation in line with brand standards.
  • Assist with stock management, product availability, and replenishment.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and professionally to ensure a seamless point-of-sale experience.
  • Collaborate with the boutique team on daily operations and commercial objectives.
  • Participate in store events and promotional activities to strengthen client engagement and brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury or fashion retail in a client-facing role.
  • Strong passion for luxury fashion and excellence in customer service.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse international clientele.
  • Goal-oriented mindset, strong commercial attitude, and ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, trends, and customer expectations.
  • Attention to detail and understanding of visual merchandising principles.
  • Team-oriented attitude and strong collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility and availability to work schedules compatible with retail operations, including weekends and holidays.
