Dolce & Gabbana seeks a Sales Assistant to join its Metzingen Outlet store on a part-time or full-time basis. Reporting to the Store Manager, the incumbent will promote and sell the luxury collection to an international clientele, deliver exceptional customer service, maintain store standards, and cultivate long-term customer relationships through exemplary product knowledge and brand advocacy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and address international customers' needs to promote and sell Dolce & Gabbana products
- Advise customers comprehensively on the luxury Dolce & Gabbana collection
- Deliver outstanding customer service and establish enduring relationships with clientele
- Maintain store standards and visual presentation in accordance with company guidelines
- Embody and communicate brand values and company projects with passion and effective product knowledge
