Role & Responsibilities
- Provide impeccable service and embody brand values, ensuring every client receives Dolce & Gabbana-level attentiveness and care
- Customize client experiences to surpass expectations while supporting team operations and guiding sales activities on the shop floor
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and brand heritage, serving as a role model while prioritizing client interests and consistently achieving monthly sales targets
- Proactively leverage clientele management tools to maximize client engagement and achieve individual and store objectives
- Maintain and update CRM systems to build and retain current customer relationships whilst identifying potential prospects
- Source new clients using CRM tools and develop productive long-term relationships with Dolce & Gabbana loyal clientele
- Oversee organizational sales policies, objectives, and initiatives while assisting in merchandising and shop floor maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in both Women's and Men's ready-to-wear retail environments
- Proficiency with CRM systems and clienteling tools
- Deep understanding of luxury fashion markets and consumer behavior
